Meet Fabrizia

As a 1st generation American, my practice brings personal experience, culturally sensitive and bilingual services to each client. With over 10 years legal experience, and over 20 years of experiences working with diverse populations, my practice has been helping families trouble shoot their issues, develop action plans, and work hard towards achieving their goals.

Fabrizia Rodriguez, Esq.

I am a 1st generation Argentinean, raised in Waterbury, CT until I relocated to the Capital District Region of New York State where I began my legal practice. I am licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and federally eligible to practice immigration law nationwide.

I have been a solo practitioner for over 10 years and worked in nonprofits for over 20 years in various roles, with many diverse families and backgrounds. My practice is virtual and remote and therefore can accommodate clients nationwide. Through the use of apps, I am able to also connect to the intending immigrant and provide support remotely.
